Parents Day In: Titin Isyana

A huge thank you to Linda Sari for being this month’s guest for Parents’ Day In. Since in accordance of celebration for Idul Adha this month  for the Muslim community, Linda shared the history to the students  of how about Idul Adha came about to be one of the important day to be celebrated for the Muslim.  Not only that, Linda also showed the children the way to make ‘Ketupat'(Rice Cake) . It is a type of dumpling made from rice packed inside a diamond-shaped container of woven palm leaf pouch.  The children had a wonderful time of their own making a replica of a ketupat by just using green cardboard and green ribbon to the real palm leaf.
